The Corporation of Massey Hall & Roy Thomson Hall is a charitable non-profit organization that owns and operates two of Canada's most iconic concert halls. Massey Hall has successfully completed an extensive renovation and expansion of the venue, this includes a revitalized auditorium, improved amenities for both artists and patrons, and opening of new venues as part of Allied Music Centre, starting with TD Music Hall, and state-of-the-art Deane Cameron Recording Studio. Roy Thomson Hall serves as the home to the Toronto Symphony Orchestra, welcomes the Toronto International Film Festival’s red carpet gala premieres, and plays host to a dynamic array of cultural events throughout the year. The Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Web & Digital Specialist to join our Marketing team, managing the digital presence for our iconic venues: Massey Hall, Roy Thomson Hall, TD Music Hall, and Allied Music Centre. This full-time role focuses on optimizing website content, enhancing user experience, and increasing online traffic through strategic use of SEO, SEM, and web design. The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in managing B2B or B2C websites, a strong understanding of digital marketing disciplines, and proficiency in HTML and CSS. You will be the primary contact for our CMS and eCommerce platforms, ensuring that our digital content aligns with our brand and strategy. Job Duties
• Primary contact for all CMS related content on the entire website environment – Massey Hall, Roy Thomson Hall, TD Music Hall & Allied Music Centre
• Conducting regular content audits and optimization focused on improving usability, accessibility, and visual appeal to increase conversion
• Makes content edits both proactively as needed and upon departmental request
• Increases site traffic using a variety of tools including Google Adwords/SEM and SEO optimization
• Develops and deploys web interfaces including layout design and concept
• Align the website with the organization’s brand, strategy and standards
• Identify ways to improve website user experience
• Work closely with marketing team to ensure active and current promotions and campaigns are represented on the website
• Assists in managing high volume on sale activity
• Assist with Google Analytics tracking and reporting
• Primary contact in administering to the Hall’s eCommerce platform TNEW with regard to content management, product referrals, web design and customizations
• Main contact with website development partners and with Tessitura/TNEW
• Strong understanding of integrated marketing, digital, social and data marketing disciplines.
• Ability to manage a variety of projects at once; highly organized and detail oriented.

Requirements
• 5+ years of experience managing a B2B or B2C website from a digital acquisition and customer journey perspective.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Search Console, and an understanding of how to use this and present this data to marketing team
• Experience with digital analytics & reporting (including Google Analytics)
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS
• Experience with CRM databases
• Knowledge of current trends in accessibility, SEO, and CX standards
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Experience with Tessitura an asset
• Self-motivated and comfortable taking initiative to analyze existing processes and make recommendations for improvements, while also able to collaborate with a team on organizational priorities and campaigns
